Adrian "Rookie of the Year/MVP" Peterson

Tom Brady, Chad Johnson, Dwight Freeney are all elite players in their positions but right now the cameras are all around one man runningback Adrian Peterson. Rookie rb is tearing it up right now in the nfl. In sundays game Peterson had 3 tds and 296 yards. The 296 yards are the most for any runningback in an nfl game. As of now he has rookie of the year locked up and if Brady some how gets hurt he might get mvp too. Right now Peterson, has 1,306 rushing yards and 8 tds on 158 attempts. He leads the league in rushing and is making a big name for himself. Right now peterson has my vote for all star, rookie of the year and mvp and if he keeps on going at this pace he might be the next best rb in the game. Maybe better than bush, lol. The only thing that can hurt his chances of becoming one of the best players are injuries, ego, media and pressure. But right now he is number one around the world; everywhere you go, you here his name. If you dont know who he is then you dont know football or anything for that matter.

If he keeps rushing like this he could break the single season record, and then he'll definitely get MVP, but Brady might break the TD record so it should be an interesting rest of the season.

This mite have been a good idea had the injury bug not bitten Peterson . . . again!!! The guy is a great player, no doubt, but he can never stay healthy--which is why I would have drafted Lynch over him hands down.
