Yankees Inching Closer?
The New York Yankees are only 3.5 games out of first place in the AL East and with about 12 games left in the regular season they are one of the hottest teams in baseball today. The only drawback the Yankees have is pitching. That is a key component to making the playoffs and winning a world series as well as having a solid defence and batting lineup. The Yankees have old but playoff suitable pitchers but as the cold comes in how will it affect the old players? The Bo Sox are not losing the lead nor are they in trouble of being pushed out of the playoffs altogether, but the thing they have to worry about is who they will possibly face come october. No one is guaranteed a spot yet and their is more ball to play but this year might actually be the best playoff race since 1996. Be sure to see some upsets as well as a brand new champion.

I totally agree.. This playoff race is going to be an exciting one and i can't wait for it!!
thats it, the yankees are in the process, of the biggest comeback in mlb history, we will win the east and beat the sox in the playoffs
